Jacylyn Syfu is the Vice President of Operations for The McKelvey Group, providing leadership in the company’s operations and strategic growth plan. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in all areas of business, Jacylyn enjoys working for small companies where team efforts directly contribute to the bottom line.

Jacylyn’s wide range of experience and capabilities include Client Services, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Time and Expense, Project Management, Business Systems and Policies, Quality Control, Change Management, and Contracts Management. Jacylyn is also experienced in Human Resources from Recruiting and Benefits, to Performance Reviews and Corporate Culture Development.

Jacylyn holds a B.A. in Marketing & Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College.
