For over 23 years, John had led business development efforts for both large and small businesses competing in the Federal and commercial markets. He has successfully managed more than 50 capture and proposal efforts, winning Alliant, ITES-2s, tasks under NETCENTS, IT Support Tasks for US Coast Guard, and numerous single award contracts, including PBGC IT support. His management skills have allowed him to repeatedly position mid-sized companies to win individual contract awards despite in-sourcing, major program changes, and working with agencies experiencing restricted budgets. As an advisory, John helped a client successfully retain 20% of a 100% in-sourcing effort. He has grown businesses in new areas, such as developing an innovative service management solution for GSA service desk, consolidations, USAF network operations, and Homeland Security IT operations environments.
