of a national financial holding company listed on the American Stock
Exchange, developed marketing plans and participated in the development
of special financial products.
As Vice President of a NYSE member firm,was responsible for establishing
a division to handle the marketing of specialized financial products
and investment banking for initial public offerings.
Participated in the strategic development and directed the implementation
of three bank annuity and insurance programs,resulting in earnings
